Orders for physical products are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after production is complete. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, as stated on the product page or during case submission.
NeoDX ships via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, carrier, and selected shipping speed. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted.
A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order ships. You may track your package using the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon arrival. If products are damaged or lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and will work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement as appropriate.
