Estimated turnaround times are posted on our website and are calculated in business days from receipt of all necessary files and approvals. Refunds and remakes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, custom digital design work is non-refundable once production begins. Remakes are provided at no charge if an error is determined to be the fault of NeoDX. Cancellations are only accepted prior to commencement of design work.
For physical goods, shipping fees and delivery terms are specified at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. NeoDX is not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by third-party carriers.
NeoDX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

NeoDX is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government actions.
